Will you be able to assess my work?
Yes, we should be able to help you with any essay – even those that are particularly difficult or from unusual subject areas. We have over 4,000 Assessment Officers, in all different subject areas.
What services do you provide?
There are three levels of service that you can choose: gold, silver or bronze.
Starting at just £25, our silver service allows your work to be proofread by an expert before you submit it to your tutor. Our silver service includes both proofreading and essay marking, where the gold service contains a full comprehensive critique of your work too.

Will the Assessment Officer edit my work?
No, as our Assessment Officer gives feedback on spelling, grammar, structure and referencing, the changes they suggest will be tracked with Microsoft Word's 'Track Changes' tool. Once you receive the work, you can choose to accept or ignore any suggestions.
With the gold service, our Assessment Officer will provide you with appropriate suggestions on the content of your work. You can either take our suggestions/amendments and apply them or ignore them – it is entirely up to you.
What can I expect from my Assessment Officer?
This depends on the quality of your work but the marking will be similar to what you can expect from your university lecturer. If you have written a very good piece, the feedback may be less comprehensive. We have included some examples for you to look at but these are only an indication, and your Assessment Officer will give individual feedback as is required by your work. All of our Assessment Officers have experience in giving students feedback on essays and are fully qualified in their area of expertise.

How do I know that your service will meet your promises?
We guarantee that, if our Assessment Officer marks your work (on full critique service) and you follow his or her suggestions, you will get a better grade. We only use Assessment Officers who meet our minimum requirements in terms of experience and education in their specialist subject area. You can therefore be certain that only an expert will be working with you to improve your grade.
In addition to our strict recruitment policy, we individually monitor all marked work for quality and standards to ensure that our experts continue to deliver the promises we guarantee. (If you believe that our service does not meet our promises or your specific instructions we will refer it back to our expert for you free of charge, as long as you tell us within 48 hours.)
What can I ask for in my order?
Let us know any structural or style specifications that you have attempted to follow, and your Assessment Officer will provide feedback on how these have been dealt with.
If using our gold service, feel free to submit comments on points you haven't understood that you have attempted to deal with in your essay. Your Assessment Officer will work with you to clarify any issues that need attention.

Aren't you the same as other assessment companies?
The simple answer is no. Some companies provide a simple grammar and spelling check, which could be performed by you on your home computer. Others employ undergraduate students who are unqualified and inexperienced, to mark and comment essays. These organisations are not in a position to help you advance in your course or improve your grade. Can you write me an essay?
No, our service allows students to get feedback on their own work with a view to improving their grade now and in the future. We do not write work for students, nor do our Assessment Officers modify the students' work other than correcting spelling and grammatical errors. Our service gives you the opportunity to have a qualified professional in the relevant subject area review your work and make suggestions for improving your grade before you hand the work in.
I'm worried - is this legal?
The service we offer is 100% legal and 100% legitimate.
It is your responsibility to check with your own university whether they have any rules against you using an assessment service. However, most do not and we are aware that many universities run a similar service providing feedback to students, on a smaller scale.
The service that we provide is a legitimate essay marking service, which will help you to improve on your essay grade yourself. We do not add sections of material to your work; instead, we will direct your attention to issues and material that you have omitted, where appropriate. How you include this in your essay is your own decision but the result will be that all work you submit will be your own. Unlike some companies we will not advocate or support cheating or plagiarism.
What are your guarantees?
Our guarantees are of course legally binding. We provide the following:-
- We fully guarantee your complete satisfaction; if for whatever reason you feel your work has not been assessed in accordance with our quality guarantee or your instructions, simply contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date and we will re-refer the work to our expert for you – free of charge.
- All marking is fully customised to your exact question.
- All marking is internally monitored on an individual basis to ensure that our Assessment Officers continue to meet our strict quality standards.
- Your work is safe and will not be reproduced on any database or website. We retain your work on our office server for a reasonable period of time so that your order can be processed and dealt with. After that time, the work is deleted.
- All assessments are guaranteed to be made by an Assessment Officer meeting our qualification and experience requirements in your subject area to an appropriate level.
- All work is guaranteed to be marked on time or you are entitled to a refund.
- All essays are marked confidentially. Our Assessment Officers work under confidentiality agreements; they are not given your details, and will not disclose the details of your order to anyone. We will never pass your details on to anyone else or use them other than for the provision of the service you have ordered.
Who are your Quality Control Team?
Our quality control team are all university-qualified staff and have experience that enable them to effectively monitor the work of Assessment Officers.
Is your service fully confidential?
Yes. Your details will be kept wholly confidential throughout your order, as per the Data Protection Act 1998.
Your service looks likes it encourages plagiarism - do you?
No, there are other companies who will edit parts of your answer for you, but our Assessment Officers will only identify points you have not made or material that you need to include. They will not write your answer for you.
How do I pay and when?
Like all orders for goods and services payment must be taken before the order is started. Payments can be taken through a deposit into our bank account or through our website using all major credit cards and debit cards. Sorry, we do not accept cheques. You can't access our payment page without ordering first - we will give you the address of the page once we have confirmed your order. For larger pieces we can accept installments. We regret that we can no longer accept payment after delivery due to situations where our work has been received and then payment has not being made.
Who deals with your payments?
All payments to us go through either PayPal or Streamline (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group).
What if the work is marked late?
If your work is marked late you will receive a refund. Accordingly, we are not in the habit of sending our work late to our customers!
How do I know I will get the service I have paid for, once I have paid?
If we were in the habit of defrauding customers, our payment providers would cut off their service to us and we would go out of business very quickly! Don't forget that we are a legitimate company with a trading address and a contact number. Unlike other companies that comprise simply a website and an e-mail address, we have real people to speak to, six days a week. We work hard to maintain our reputation because we believe the happier you are, the more people you will recommend us to!

What time will my work arrive?
Your order will be delivered two days after we find you an expert. For example, if you ordered on a Monday evening and we found you a researcher on Tuesday, you would receive your marked piece of work by midnight on Thursday.
