Our guarantees are
of course legally binding. We provide a 7 point guarantee,
as follows:-
- We fully guarantee your complete satisfaction,
if for whatever reason you feel your work has not
been assessed in accordance with our quality guarantee
or your instructions, simply contact us within 48
hours of the delivery date and we will re-refer
the work to our expert for you - free of charge.
- All marking is fully customised to your
exact question.
- All marking is internally monitored on
an individual basis to ensure that our Assessment
Officers continue to meet our strict quality standards.
- Your work is safe and will not be reproduced
on any database or website. We retain your
work on our office server for a reasonable period
of time so that your order can be processed and
dealt with. After that time, the work is deleted.
- All assessments are guaranteed to be made by an
Assessment Officer meeting our minimum qualification
and experience requirements in your subject
area to an appropriate level.
- All work is guaranteed to be marked on time
or you are entitled to a discount.
- All essays are marked confidentially. Our Assessment
Officers work under confidentiality agreements,
they are not given your details, and will not disclose
the details of your order to anyone. We will never
pass your details on to anyone else or use them
other than for the provision of the service you
have ordered.

TERMS
By placing an order, it is deemed that you accept
our terms and conditions. The content of this
website and this page constitute our entire agreement
with you.
1. We undertake to the customer to provide a completely
original, independent assessment service by fully
qualified experts in the area of expertise specified.
2. We provide a legitimate service and are not affiliated
with any other company.
3. We undertake never to distribute or sell a customer's
work, other than for the purposes of providing it
to your Assessment Officer for marking. Each
Assessment Officer is under a strict obligation to
store work securely for a limited period of time for
the purposes of marking and assessment (and any queries
a customer may have following their order), after
which they are required to destroy the work.
4. We maintain customer confidentiality. We
will not pass customer details on to any other body
unless required to do so by law
5. The customer takes responsibility for checking
their own university's rules and regulations prior
to using these services
6. We undertake to improve the grade of customers
using our full comprehensive service
7. The customer agrees that any decision to rely
on the comments provided by their Assessment Officer
is entirely their own responsibility and that all
feedback given by Assessment Officers is provided
as academic support and not as professional advice
8. If for any reason the order is delayed the customer
agrees to contact MarkMyEssay the day following nondelivery.
Whilst every effort is made to deliver work on time,
it is agreed that MarkMyEssay cannot be held responsible
for any loss or damage as a result of a delay in delivery,
for whatever reason
9. The customer agrees that once an order has been
placed and paid for, that order may not be cancelled
10. The customer agrees that due to the specialised
and individual nature of the services provided, refunds
are only given in exceptional circumstances and at
the discretion of the management team
